2015 Scholarship Winners

Sara Jade Anderson

Sara Jade Anderson, Pianist, says that playing piano has brought color and richness to her life. It has taken her to Vienna to perform with the Vienna International Orchestra, for example. She has won several piano competitions in California as well and plans to study at the University of Kansas this fall. She aspires to a career as a concert pianist.


Al\ision Cool

Alison Cool, Vocalist, will always incorporate music into her life as she has a strong passion for it. She loves to express herself throught her singing. Alison has won first prize in multiple voice competitions (both classical and musical theater) in VOCE and MTAC. She was in a Boston Conaervatory Vocal workshop last summer and will study at Boston College this fall.


Julia Grace Jorgensen

Julia Grace Jorgensen, Pianist, continued a strong family tradition when she began piano lessons at age four. She has won honors at several competitions, including the International Liszt and Lansum International competition. She will perform at New York's famed Carnegie Hall next month as the first place winner of the American Protégé International commpetition. She will study at Stanford University this fall and is eager to continue making music there!
