Rosephanye Powell is one of the most celebrated African American composers of choral music. We will be performing one of her extended works, “Cry of Jeremiah, a thrilling and emotional setting of a Biblical story that rocks the house. Duke Ellington surprised and stunned us all with his “Sacred Concerts” which his band toured and performed in the US and Europe in the 1960-70s. These are fantastic classic songs, and we will relive that experience together.
Tickets will be available at the box office starting at 3:30 PM the night of the show. A service fee of $1.50 is included in each ticket.
